Sounds like you're looking at the vertex figure. Select the "View Base Polyhedron" button (looks like a cuboctahedron) to get a 4D view.

Perhaps those would be nice additions to the Stella library. Are the 7 though 13 (odd) cells unique or are there N-cells at various integer values? These exist for all N greater than 4, for N=5 we get the pentachoron. For N=6 we get the triangle duoprism, for N=8 there are two and one is the tesser...

Here's an idea of how to make this work (haven't tried it yet though), save the nets as a BMP, then use a photo manipulation program to move the nets around for best paper use.
