missing file button

Hi Rob
I found a new file. I don't know what it's called. But inside, I can make right pyramids,irregular tetrahedra, podiums, antipodiums, tori, and mobius strips (it never works).
When I restarted the computer, it was gone! Can you give me some information about this?
