Just released version 2.5.1 with 3 new boards!

Post by robertw » Sat Apr 05, 2008 6:35 am

Just released MineSweeper3D 2.5.1, with 3 new boards! Also improved the shading and colour of the countdown bars.

What do people think of the new boards? Download the new version and you'll find them under the "Boards->NEW" menu (as well as appearing in their appropriate categories).

And since we haven't had a poll on these forums yet, I've included a poll so people can vote for their favourite :D

The Prism-Expanded Truncated Cuboctahedron has some nasty situations!

That was a hard vote, I liked all three nearly the same. I like the first one due to the enneagons, the second one due to its attractive shape, the third one for its challenge, I voted for the third one. I also noticed that the polyhedra won't spin like they used to (I like to spin them real fast after finishing a puzzle) - I assume it's a bug that needs fixin'. Nice poll by the way, I got idea for another poll - pick out several polyhedra (or even polychoron nets) and have a poll on which ones should be added next.
May the Fourth (dimension) be with you.

You sure? That's the one I voted for, but it only shows one vote

Oh, you're right. I changed the way mouse movements were handled and I guess it caused this bug. OK, will fix sometime.

Oops, must a pushed the wrong button, glad it didn't have a mine - but then again I liked the first one a lot too.
May the Fourth (dimension) be with you.
