Looks interesting. Looks not to be a Moebius-style twist.

How did you make it?

A Moebius-style one is possible too:

I made these by augmentation of 24- resp. 36-fold or 72-fold prisms by
themselves and by compounds of these and 4-fold prisms.
I got twisted rings of tetragonal "slices", subdivided them by 2 and
facetted triangles from them.
