Perhaps it is me ..... but I cannot seem to find the net for a 4 frequency Icosahedral Geodesic Hemisphere.

Perhaps it is just you
You'll find it as "Stella Library->Geodesic Hemispheres->4-Frequency Icosahedral Geodesic Hemisphere" (either using the model drop-downs, or the tree in Ctrl+N).
